Not suitable for special safety eyes
This safety eye tool is not compatible with special types of safety eyes with a diameter of 20mm or larger.

I think this tool is great, I was always finding my fingers and hands so sore when trying to put safety eyes in my projects. I had tried many other things when I came across this, it is a bit on the big side, and I had to cut the spring to make it easier to hold, but it works great!

I recently got into the world of fiber arts and this is a need! Very easy to use, loved the color and quality of it! It is inexpensive, it is the perfect size to fit in my bag and serves very functional!

These pliers were a life saver for me, I bought moon safety eyes not knowing they are sinkers and COULD NOT get the washers on for the life of me! This has saved me so much trouble, the only thing is it’s super hard to use on bigger safety eyes, I have to apply 30mm safety eyes and couldn’t get the backs to click on for the life of me, it took probably 5 mins to get one eye on, I recommend this product for up to 25 mm safety eyes, after that it gets difficult, I also love the extra piece for smaller eyes!

Haven’t had great luck with using this tool. It’s not strong enough. It seems ok on 9mm as long as I’m not fighting with too short of a stem or thick of a yarn. But it’s not as magical as I’d hoped.

works well to attach eyes, especially larger ones. i was a little frustrated with how difficult the 5mm attachment was to remove the once i was finished using it and wanted to return it to the handle. i needed to use pliers to pull it off which resulted in tearing up the plastic. not a huge deal, but i wont be bothering with the attachment again

Haven’t had great luck with using this tool. It’s not strong enough. It seems ok on 9mm as long as I’m not fighting with too short of a stem or thick of a yarn. But it’s not as magical as I’d hoped.

Meh, I used it but found it was just as easy to put the eyes on myself. Then I tried using it on 5mm eyes since I was having trouble with my fingers but it wouldn't work (I did have the adapter in). I just had to get it with my fingers. I really wish I didn't throw out the box so I could return it. I'm out my $10 and will keep it for a little while longer and if it continues to be a nuisance instead of a helpful tool, I'll donate it.

Unfortunately, the GEOCCI Safety Eye Tool didn't meet my expectations. The tool felt flimsy and didn’t hold the safety eyes securely, making the process more frustrating than helpful. It also lacked the stability needed for consistent use. I ended up attaching the eyes by hand instead. Not worth it for the added hassle.

This product does work for a little while then when used to much it will break. I make crochet amigurumi so I insert eyes alot and this tool could not keep up with me and I had to use force to just secure 16mm and up eyes. If you leisurely need to secure eyes like once in a blue moon go for it but if you are an avid crocheter who will use this on the daily I would not get this product because in a few months you will be back on the market getting a new one when this one snaps
