Oh my!! This is so fun ~ Glow in the dark yarn! Not plastic or cord, but actual yarn. I have been told that a black light is the best way to “charge” your glow in the dark items, so grab one of those as well if you don’t have one ~ here is an affiliate link of some options for black lights.
This 4-ply fingering weight yarn is great for all kinds of craft projects. It is white in color but glows green in the dark. Charges best with natural, full spectrum, fluorescent, or black light. Takes only a few minutes to charge and glows for an hour or more. The glow strength is stronger at first gradually fading to an after glow over time.
- Each roll is 50 grams – about 120 yards
- 100% polyester
- Machine wash / Dry flat
- Fingering weight – 4 ply

What is the yarn made from? Is it from GMO modified wool, or from chemically treated wool? It’s cool, but I’d need some more information before I’d use it.
Wendy says
I need this in my life. ????

Amazon changes it’s prices without notice, so sharing a specific price can lead to us sharing inaccurate info – you can find the current price with just one click of the link!

The black light doesn’t charge it, it enhances it. Regular lighting and sunlight will charge it!
